Getting Started....

Happy New Year! 2009- Already Rolling Along

I had hoped to have a family blog set up before the Christmas cards went out, but didn't get to it. Why is it that the simplest things can cause a stumble? Like not getting started because I couldn't think of a name for the blog??? Oh yes...I stewed over that. Days. I googled both an English-Latin as well as a English-Swedish dictionary for something clever, but nothing really captured what I was aiming for. Possible pitfalls: No one would be able to either pronounce the name or remember it, so "A Day Like Today" it is.....very basic and direct.

My hope is that my family will join me in putting occasional posts and photos so that next year we can just send a card with the blog and forgo the boring letter.
